Join The Parks Trust in commemorating 100 years since the end of the First World War

The Parks Trust, the self-financing charity that organises and enables over 500 events and activities in its parks each year, is hosting a commemorative event marking 100 years since the end of the First World War. The event will be held at MK Rose, Campbell Park in Milton Keynes on Sunday 11th November 2018. The day will begin at 10.45am with a wreath laying and a two minute silence led by The Cenotaph Trust. Skyline Taxis acquires Bedford cab firm

A taxi company with offices in Northampton and Milton Keynes now has a presence in Bedford after acquiring A6 Cars. The move by Skyline Taxis is part of a wider plan to expand across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire. A plan that saw the company purchase both Phoenix Class and Value Cars of Northampton last year. Over 800 Bags of Litter Collected from Milton Keynes Parks in One Week

A survey by The Parks Trust, the self-financing charity that manages and maintains over 6,000 acres of green space across Milton Keynes, has revealed that nearly five tonnes of litter was left in the city’s parkland in one week this summer.
